Key tasks include preparing and analyzing financial statements, GL reconciliations, reporting cost of sales by entity, and supporting audits and GAAP compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a senior accounting role.
• Strong GAAP and financial reporting knowledge.
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience required.
• Experience with multi-entity accounting and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and entity-level reporting
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure GL accuracy
• Calculate and report Cost of Sales by Entity.
• Prepare detailed Profit and Loss statements
• Manage Capital Expenditure reporting and analysis.
• Conduct variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
• Manage rebate accounting and cost allocations
• Support audits, internal controls, and GAAP compliance
• Identify process improvements and assist with special projects
• Review work and provide guidance to junior accounting staff (but no direct reports)
