KBW Financial Staffing is assisting a client in Boston, MA to recruit a Senior Accountant for a newly created role. Initially on-site 4–5 days a week, the position will evolve into a hybrid schedule with a base salary of $105,000–$115,000 and a discretionary bonus.

The role requires 3–5+ years of accounting experience, GAAP knowledge, solid Excel skills, and NetSuite experience preferred. CPA is a plus but not required, with responsibilities spanning month-end close, financial reporting, and

Competenze

• Bachelors in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience; public/private background preferred.
• CPA preferred but not required.
• Solid GAAP, GL, month-end close and financial reporting knowledge.
• Strong Excel and NetSuite experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and partner with senior leadership.

Mansioni

• Oversee general ledger accounting, AP/AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Manage month-end close and prepare financial statements and cash flow reports.
• Help transition accounting functions in-house while improving processes and internal controls.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for senior leadership.
• Assist with ERP implementation and accounting automation initiatives.
