Job summary

BlueHub Capital is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant for our Finance team in the Boston area. The role reports to the Controller and focuses on accounting operations, financial reporting, cash management, and month-end close, with involvement in ERP implementation and process automation.

Ideal candidates are hands-on, detail-oriented professionals with strong US GAAP knowledge and ERP experience (prefer NetSuite).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience including senior accountant experience.

Responsibilities

• Record, monitor, and reconcile daily cash transactions with supporting docs.
• Record and reconcile loan transactions in Loan Management System.
• Oversee AP processes including vendor invoices and payments.
• Lead monthly/quarterly/year-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Support cash management activities (ACH, wire processing, deposits).
• Assist with audits and audit schedules.
