The experience required for this position includes:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience; public/private accounting background preferred.
• CPA preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, general ledger accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting.
• Strong Excel skills; NetSuite experience highly preferred.

Compensation: $105,000–$115,000 base salary plus a discretionary bonus of $15,000–$30,000 based on performance.
