The Addison Group is seeking a Senior Accountant in Seattle for a growing organization. This hybrid role requires 2-3 days in the office and offers comprehensive benefits.

You will assist with month-end close, manage fixed assets and revenue, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, support internal and external audits, and contribute to process improvements. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required, CPA preferred, with at least 5 years of progressive accounting experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with fixed asset accounting and ASC 842 lease accounting a plus.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking abilities, and excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Assist with month end close and manage key components such as fixed assets and revenue.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, and other month-end close activities.
• Identify ways to improve accounting procedures, efficiency, and accuracy.
• Support internal and external audits by providing requested documentation and analysis.
• Contribute to accounting projects, system improvements, and other cross-functional initiatives.
