Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Accountant - Intercompany in Seattle, WA to lead intercompany accounting, billing, settlements, eliminations and reconciliations. The role supports audits and collaborates across departments to improve processes and accuracy.

On-site and permanent with a strong benefits package. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in intercompany accounting, a Bachelor’s in accounting or related field, proficiency in Excel and accounting software, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• At least 5 years in intercompany accounting, preferably in engineering.
• Strong knowledge of intercompany processes: billing, settlements, eliminations, reconciliations.
• Experience supporting audit requests with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional designation (CPA/CMA/CGA) is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee intercompany accounting processes with accuracy and compliance.
• Manage billing, settlements, and eliminations across intercompany transactions.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end intercompany reconciliations and reporting.
• Assist auditors with documentation and information.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline intercompany processes.
• Stay current with accounting regulations and implement changes.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and promote a productive team environment.
