Job summary

Health & Wellness Partners, LLC (HWP) is seeking a Senior Accountant to support general accounting, month-end close, treasury, cash management, and foreign entity accounting. You will help ensure accurate transactions, timely reconciliations, and proper documentation across U.S. and foreign entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required or preferred.
• Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close, and general ledger review is expected.
• Experience with multi-entity accounting, intercompany transactions, foreign currency, treasury, cash management, or AP is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to document processes clearly is important.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations, including accruals and fixed assets.
• Support month-end close, reconciliations, and documentation.
• Assist with audits, management reporting, and process documentation.
• Support accounting for foreign entities and intercompany transactions.
