LHH is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our finance team in the United States. This role emphasizes traditional accounting with broader exposure to cash management, liquidity, and banking operations. You will own the month-end close, assist with financial statements, and support treasury activities.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and advanced Excel skills. ERP experience (NetSuite/SAP/Oracle/Dynamics) and CPA or CPA-track are a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• CPA or CPA-track preferred but not required.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience required.
• Strong GAAP and month-end close knowledge.
• Experience with cash management, treasury, banking, or cash forecasting preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• ERP experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics 365 preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and account analysis.
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Assist with preparation of monthly financial statements and management reporting.
• Support daily cash management and cash positioning.
• Monitor bank activity, cash balances, and funding needs.
• Assist with cash forecasting and liquidity reporting.
• Support banking relationships, account administration, and treasury-related processes.
• Perform bank reconciliations and research cash discrepancies
• Assist with intercompany transactions and reconciliations
• Support external audits and provide requested schedules/documentation
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting, cash-management, and internal-control processes
• Partner with FP&A, AP, AR, and other finance teams as needed
