Job summary

Learfield is seeking a Senior Accountant to support the monthly close, consolidation, and external reporting for a multi-entity structure.

You will maintain ledgers, reconcile accounts, and prepare disclosures under US GAAP, while partnering with FP&A and auditors. The role emphasizes process improvements, system enhancements, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with Great Plains and Adaptive Planning is preferred; Big Four exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience in a large corporate or multi-entity setting.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead components of the monthly close process, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Maintain ledger structures, COA alignment, and reporting integrity.
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide audit support.
• Collaborate with FP&A to validate results and perform variance analysis.
• Drive process improvements and reporting automation across systems.
