Ideal candidates bring strong US GAAP knowledge, ERP experience (Great Plains), and advanced Excel proficiency to drive efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience in a large corporate or multi-entity environment.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and applying accounting principles to complex structures.
• Experience managing monthly close cycles in multi-entity, multi-location organizations.
• ERP experience with Great Plains; proficiency in reporting tools like Adaptive Insights or Prophix.

Responsibilities

• Lead components of the monthly financial close process, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Maintain ledger structures and Chart of Accounts alignment for consistent reporting.
• Prepare and support disclosures for internal and external reporting and tax purposes.
• Coordinate with external auditors and drive audit inquiries to resolution.
