Responsibilities include GAAP/IFRS‑compliant reporting, monthly close, balance sheet reconciliations, audits, variance analyses, and cross‑functional process improvements while protecting confidential information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required; CMA, CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including full-cycle month-end close.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP; IFRS exposure a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP or JD Edwards) and financial reporting tools (Hyperion).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite.
• Proven ability to analyze data, identify issues, and implement solutions.
• Excellent communication and ability to work across all levels of the organization.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Support Accounting Manager in maintaining accurate financial reporting compliant with GAAP/IFRS.
• Execute monthly close including journal entries and accruals.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain and reconcile fixed asset records; support audits.
• Prepare variance analyses and ad hoc reports.
• Support AP processes and cash flow activities; manage vendor relationships.
• Drive process improvements across accounting and cross-functional workflows.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
