ADP, Inc. in Kentucky is seeking a detail-oriented General Ledger Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations, month-end close, and on-site financial reporting. You will work under the Site Controller to maintain accurate records and ensure GAAP compliance.

Responsibilities include journal entries, reconciliations, audits, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies. A 2+ year background in GL accounting and strong Excel/ERP skills are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of general ledger, corporate, or site accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and month-end close processes.
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP software.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily accounting operations and month-end close.
• Prepare, review, and post journal entries including accruals and adjustments.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and resolve reconciling items.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and resolve issues.
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal controls.
