Job summary

Global Ordnance LLC, a premier defense solutions provider, is seeking a Senior Accountant to handle GAAP-based accounting, intercompany activity, and monthly close. This role supports audits, project cost analysis, and ERP system management to ensure accurate financial reporting.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in accounting, strong Excel skills, and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365. Working in a secure, on-site environment, you will contribute to compliance and efficiency in a growing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 4+ years of accounting experience required.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting skills.
• Experience with DCAA/DCMA audits is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain GL data and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Assist in month-end close and financial reporting.
• Reconcile intercompany accounts and AR/AP.
• Support audits and prepare audit materials.
• Manage contract assets and liabilities reconciliations.
• Enter wire transfers and ACH payments.
• Prepare project revenue reconciliations and cost analyses.
• Collaborate with departments to improve processes.
