Job summary

Artisan Design Group (ADG) seeks a Senior Manager of Accounting to lead month‑end close, journal entries, reconciliations and intercompany activities. You will partner across Purchasing, Supply Chain and Operations, ensuring accurate GAAP reporting and strong internal controls.

The role demands leadership of accounting staff, ERP upgrade experience, and the ability to work on-site or remotely with quarterly travel to NC, SC, and GA locations. CPA/CMA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 7+ years of accounting experience; construction industry preferred.
• Advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Financial analysis and working knowledge of US GAAP.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely month-end close and accuracy per US GAAP.
• Prepare and review journal entries and financial statements.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and monthly operating reviews.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Supply Chain and Operations for cost validation.
• Manage fixed assets, annual physical inventory and intercompany activity.
• Support ERP upgrades, rollouts and system integrations.
• Prepare audit workpapers and respond to auditor inquiries.
• Produce ad hoc reports and develop accounting SOPs.
