Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and execution of SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K) and XBRL tagging.
• Prepare financial statements including cash flow and footnote disclosures with SOX controls.
• Prepare stock-based compensation entries and reconciliations per US GAAP (ASC 718).
• Maintain documents for internal/external SOX auditors; respond to data requests.
• Coordinate with external auditors during quarterly/annual reviews and audits.
• Suggest and implement process improvements to streamline workflows.
• Establish effective communication with cross-functional partners.
• Support technical accounting research and ad-hoc projects.
