Job summary

Navitas Semiconductor Usa in San Jose, CA seeks a Corporate Finance Controller to lead the accounting department, manage close and SEC reporting, and guide tax, inventory, and payroll administration. You will coordinate with external auditors and support strategic financing efforts.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of accounting experience, CPA, and strong capabilities in US GAAP, governance, and capital markets.

Qualifications

• Strong technical accounting knowledge and US GAAP/SEC reporting requirements
• SOX compliance experience
• Experience supporting capital markets, M&A or other strategic transactions
• Knowledge of Standard Costing; US GAAP guidelines

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting department operations including close, SEC reporting, tax, inventory and payroll
• Produce financial reports and maintain accounting records
• Maintain a comprehensive set of controls
• Review external and internal financial reports including 10-K/10-Q filings
• Coordinate with independent auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audits
• Provide deal support for financings, M&A and other strategic transactions
• Conduct research and implement accounting guidance for disclosures
• Develop reporting timelines and ensure timely deliverables
• Maintain internal controls including SOX oversight
• Collaborate with finance, legal and partners for input into financial reporting
• Enhance reporting processes and controls, including use of AI tools
• Support audits and regulatory examinations
• Ad hoc projects as needed
• Other duties as assigned
