Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Construction or project-based accounting background preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and month-end close.
• Tech savvy with intermediate Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Oversee job cost accounting, WIP schedules, and project margin analysis.
• Prepare and review journal entries and account analyses.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit activities.
• Partner with project managers to ensure accurate financial tracking.
