• Associates in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5 years of experience preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in basic accounting principles.
• Proficient using a PC and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and related office tools.

Responsibilities

• Project Accounting for construction projects from start-up to closeout.
• Subcontractor management and coordination with site and finance teams.
• Project administration and financial reporting for management.
• Promotes customer relations and supports leadership development.
• Develops and analyzes value management options for projects.
