• Proficient Excel and financial reporting.
• Experience with job costing and WIP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Oversee job cost accounting, WIP schedules, and project margin analysis.
• Prepare and review journal entries and account analyses.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit activities.
• Partner with project managers to ensure accurate financial tracking.
