Crew Carwash is seeking a Senior Accountant to maintain accurate financial statements and a strong control environment. The role supports operations, partners with location managers, and contributes to annual budgeting and month-end close processes.

You will post entries in Sage Intacct, perform reconciliations, assist audits, and drive process improvements under CFO/Controller direction. This is a senior contributor role with mentoring responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field required; Masters and/or CPA preferred.
• 3–5+ years’ experience in accounting/finance in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with cloud-based ERP Sage Intacct is a plus.
• Advanced GAAP knowledge and understanding of financial statements.
• Strong Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables.
• Ability to meet strict financial reporting deadlines.
• Discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Create and post journal entries in Sage Intacct with supporting docs.
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations for each fiscal period.
• Assist in internal and external audits.
• Track inventory balances and usage for all locations.
• Support location managers with information as requested.
• Lead department improvement initiatives with CFO/Controller.
• Assist the Controller in complex calculations and duties.
• Research and communicate month-end variance analysis for expenses.
• Assist in development and reporting of annual expense budget.
• Coordinate with other departments for tasks or projects.
• Ad hoc analysis and tasks; mentor staff as needed.
