Job summary

Crew Carwash is seeking a Senior Accountant to join the Finance team in Fishers, IN. The role focuses on maintaining accurate financial statements, strong internal controls, and supporting operations with timely reporting.

You will post journal entries in Sage Intacct, reconcile balance sheets, and assist in audits. The position requires senior-level accounting experience, CPA preferred, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. This is an on-site role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Solid GAAP knowledge and accounting cycle understanding.
• Ability to reconcile balance sheets and ensure accuracy.
• Detail-oriented with high standards for financial reporting.
• Strong communication with retail managers and offices.

Responsibilities

• Create and post journal entries into Sage Intacct with supporting documentation and calculations.
• Maintain balance sheet account reconciliations for each fiscal period.
• Assist in preparation and execution of internal and external audits.
• Track inventory balances and monitor usage for all locations.
• Support store managers by researching and providing information as requested.
• Lead department improvement initiatives per CFO/Controller.
• Assist Controller with complex calculations and duties as assigned.
• Prepare month-end variance analyses for department expenses.
• Assist in development and reporting of annual expense budget.
• Coordinate cross-department tasks as needed.
• Other ad hoc analyses as assigned.
• Role is individual contributor with potential to coach/train staff.
