Job summary

Viya Health, a global Femtech company, seeks a Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting to own centralized accounting, intercompany eliminations, and HQ month-end close. You will lead consolidation and ensure IFRS/US GAAP compliance across entities.

Work with country finance teams to finalize monthly reports, drive process improvements, and strengthen controls in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with consolidation.
• Strong intercompany accounting and reconciliation experience.
• Experience with CIN7 or similar ERP/inventory platforms.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare sector helpful.
• Excellent Excel skills and analytical ability.
• Professionalism and ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated financial statements in line with IFRS or US GAAP.
• Maintain intercompany accounting framework and monthly reconciliations.
• Own HQ revenue accounting and month-end close processes.
• Prepare management reporting packs and financial commentary.
• Collaborate with country finance teams for accurate reporting.
• Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
• Support audits and ensure policy compliance.
• Mentor Accounting Assistant and supervise journal entries.
