Job summary

Viya Health seeks a Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting to own centralized accounting and consolidation. You will manage intercompany eliminations, HQ sales accounting, and monthly close, across a global entity, ensuring IFRS/US GAAP compliance and strong reporting to leadership.

You will work with finance teams worldwide, drive improvements, support audits, and mentor junior staff while contributing to a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification strongly preferred.
• At least 7 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience in multinational or multi-entity organizations.
• Experience preparing consolidated financial statements.
• Strong intercompany accounting and reconciliation experience.
• Extensive month-end and year-end close experience.
• Exposure to audit processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute the monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidation process.
• Record intercompany transactions and consolidate HQ entries; maintain reconciliation framework.
• Own HQ sales accounting and reporting; reconcile CIN7 sales to the GL.
• Lead month-end and year-end close activities for the global entity.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, KPI dashboards, and variances analysis.
• Improve reporting processes through automation and stronger governance.
• Support audits, internal controls, and remediation of findings.
• Mentor Accounting Assistant and support training and development.
