Job summary

Viya Health in the United States seeks a Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting to own the centralized accounting and consolidation function. You will manage intercompany eliminations, HQ sales accounting, and the HQ month-end close, ensuring IFRS/US GAAP compliance across entities.

With 7+ years in multinational accounting, you will lead reporting, assist audits, mentor staff, and drive improvements in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
• CPA/ACCA or equivalent preferred.
• At least 7 years of progressive accounting experience in multinational settings.
• Experience preparing consolidated financial statements and intercompany reconciliations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidation with intercompany eliminations.
• Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and intercompany framework.
• Own HQ revenue accounting, CIN7 reconciliation, and related reporting.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes with supporting schedules.
• Prepare management reports, variance analysis, and commentary for leadership.
