Job summary

Viya Health is seeking a Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting to own centralized accounting and consolidation for the global entity. You will manage intercompany eliminations, HQ reporting, and month-end close, collaborating with country finance teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with IFRS or US GAAP.

This role demands strong analytical skills, experience with multi-entity setups, and leadership of the Accounting Assistant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (international equivalent).
• CPA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification strongly preferred.
• At least 7 years of progressive accounting experience in multinational or multi-entity organizations.
• Experience preparing consolidated financial statements and intercompany reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidation process and post consolidation journals.
• Record intercompany transactions at HQ and maintain intercompany framework.
• Own HQ revenue accounting and reconcile CIN7 transactions to the ledger.
• Lead month-end close activities and prepare balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and variance analysis for leadership.
• Support governance, audits, and internal control improvements across the group.
• Mentor Accounting staff and drive process enhancements.
