Confidential Global Public Company in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a Senior Accountant – Consolidations to join their Corporate Accounting team. This hybrid role focuses on global consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and complex technical accounting across a public-company environment.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of corporate accounting in public or industry settings, strong U.S. GAAP knowledge, and experience with ERP systems like SAP or OneStream.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years of corporate accounting experience, ideally in a public-company environment.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP.
• Experience with financial consolidations and intercompany accounting.
• Strong month-end close and general ledger experience.
• Public accounting experience is a plus.
• CPA/SEC/SOX exposure or certifications are a plus.
• Experience with SAP or OneStream is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly close and global consolidation process.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting workpapers.
• Consolidate worldwide financial results, including intercompany eliminations and adjustments.
• Support complex accounting transactions and technical accounting research.
• Assist with financial statement disclosures, audits, and SOX compliance.
• Partner with global accounting teams and FP&A.
• Identify opportunities for process, system, and reporting improvements.

We're partnering with a large, established global public company that is looking to add a Senior Accountant – Consolidations to its Corporate Accounting team. This highly visible role offers the opportunity to work with global accounting teams, support worldwide financial consolidations, and gain exposure to complex transactions, technical accounting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a combination of public accounting and public-company experience, although strong industry candidates with relevant consolidations experience will also be considered.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4+ years of corporate accounting experience, ideally within a public-company environment
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
• Experience with financial consolidations and/or intercompany accounting
• Strong month-end close and general ledger experience
• Public accounting experience preferred
• Technical accounting, SEC reporting, SOX, or CPA experience is a plus
• SAP, OneStream, or similar enterprise system experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• $100,000–$120,000 base salary
