Job summary

You will collaborate with Finance, business partners, and offshore resources to improve processes and controls while ensuring timely, accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required.
• 3+ years accounting experience including month-end close and reconciliations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to identify process improvements and support automation initiatives.
• Ability to work CST business hours.

Responsibilities

• Support complex accounting across multiple entities and businesses.
• Prepare and coordinate consolidated financial reporting.
• Execute month-end close activities including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Strengthen oversight for the monthly SG&A estimate process.
• Coordinate with partners and offshore resources for timely reporting.
• Develop and enhance consolidated accounting processes and controls.
• Support process improvement, automation, and audit readiness initiatives.
