Job summary

CFS in Melville, NY is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager – Consolidations to own global consolidations for a multinational public company. You will partner with executive stakeholders, drive automation and AI-enabled efficiencies, and mentor a high-performing accounting team.

In this role you will oversee intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation, and support SEC filings and statutory reporting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of accounting or finance experience.
• 5+ years of consolidation experience within a multi-entity environment.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and consolidated financial reporting.
• Experience with Hyperion, HFM, Workiva or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual global consolidation activities, including intercompany eliminations and close management.
• Oversee foreign currency translation and remeasurement for international subsidiaries.
• Support SEC filings and statutory reporting requirements.
• Maintain SOX compliance and internal controls over financial reporting.
• Partner with global finance teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant reporting.
