Elite Placement Group is representing a leading global organization seeking a Senior Analyst, Corporate Accounting to join a lean, high‑impact Corporate Accounting team.

You’ll work closely with a Manager and Director‑level leadership in a small team environment, gaining visibility and responsibility beyond typical roles in larger firms. The position offers strong exposure to global consolidation and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds, not requiring industrial experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting; CPA strongly preferred.
• 3–5+ years of relevant accounting experience; strong technical and analytical background.
• Public accounting experience from Big 4 or strong Tier 2 firms is valued.
• Experience with complex accounting, consolidation, or financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Participate in monthly global consolidation and financial reporting.
• Perform intercompany validation, account analysis, and dispute resolution.
• Prepare and document monthly consolidation entries.
• Perform consolidated equity rollforward and related analysis.
• Prepare monthly derivatives entries and related analysis.
• Support quarterly and annual external reporting.
• Maintain SOX controls and related documentation.
• Coordinate with Treasury, Tax, FP&A, Technical Accounting, and business units.
• Work with internal and external auditors.
• Support quarterly reviews and the annual audit.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting.

We're particularly interested in:

• Public accounting professionals from Big 4 or strong Tier 2 firms
• Auditors with experience working on a variety of clients and industries
• Candidates who have worked with smaller or mid-size revenue clients
• Corporate accountants with strong technical and analytical backgrounds
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting
• CPA strongly preferred
• Approximately 3-5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Experience with complex accounting, financial reporting, consolidation, or audit
• Strong communication and organizational skills
