Water.org is hiring a Senior Accountant, Consolidations to oversee the monthly close and consolidated reporting for a global, multi-entity organization. You will drive close activities, eliminate intercompany entries, and ensure accurate revenue reconciliations to support scalable, auditable financial statements.
Join a mission-driven team and contribute to strengthening internal controls and process improvements within the Global Finance group.
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Seven+ years of progressive accounting experience with U.S. GAAP and close processes
- Experience with intercompany transactions and multi-entity accounting environments
- Experience with NetSuite and advanced Excel
Mansioni
- Drive the monthly close: prepare and review journal entries, reconcile key balance sheet accounts, produce consolidated trial balances
- Assist with intercompany reconciliations and elimination entries for consolidated statements
- Perform weekly revenue reconciliations and coordinate variances with Revenue Ops
- Prepare and maintain schedules for key balance sheet accounts and consolidation entries for audit readiness
- Contribute to process improvement, SOP development, and chart of accounts maintenance
