Job summary

Esler Companies is seeking an energetic Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting across the region and assist with the financial close and reporting process. The role supports AP/AR, cash reporting, and payroll-related activities within Renewal by Andersen's regional teams.

The position requires 3–5 years private accounting experience and 2–4 years public accounting, with strong communication and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years related private accounting experience.
• 2-4 years public accounting experience.
• Excellent communication and phone skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting for the region (AP, AR, cash reporting, payroll elements).
• Lead AP for the office and coordinate with Operations, Events and Production to process vendor invoices.
• Coordinate month- and year-end close processes.
• Collaborate with Controller and Finance team for consistent practices and process improvements.
• Support salesforce and operations teams to deliver quality customer service.
• Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.
