Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Senior Accountant to handle daily accounting activities for the region, including AP/AR, payroll aspects, and cash reporting. You will collaborate with the operations teams and support the financial close process.

The role requires experience with major financial software and strong communication skills. You will work with a finance team to maintain best practices and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• 3–5 years private accounting experience or 2–4 years public experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, QuickBooks, Bill.com, RAMP or similar software.

Overview

We are looking for an energetic and skilled Senior Accountant.

As a Senior Accountant for Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen you'll be responsible for performing the day-to-day activities of the Finance & Accounting function, and working with other regional teams across Esler Companies. Assisting with the financial close and reporting process, including all transactional and accounting activity.

• Manages and performs day to day accounting functions for the region, including accounts payable, accounts receivable (including collections), cash reporting, and certain aspects of payroll* (commissions, profit sharing).
• Leading the AP function for the office and working closely with the Operations, Events and Production teams to get vendor invoices processed in a timely manner.
• Coordinates month and year-end close processes.
• Works closely with Controller and Finance team to maintain consistent practices across finance and continuously strives for process improvement.
• Supports salesforce and operational teams to deliver world-class customer service.
• Support other ad hoc projects and requests as necessary.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365,QuickBooks, Bill.com, RAMP or other financial software.
• Excellent communication and phone skills.
