Phaxis - Financial Services is seeking a senior accounting professional to oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, plus treasury management and closing activities. The candidate will coordinate with banks, monitor covenants, and ensure proper financial reporting in line with standards.

Qualifications

• Accounts Receivable: Billing - Oversee the generation and distribution of client invoices.
• Reconciliation: Apply incoming payments, reconcile the AR ledger.
• Accounts Payable: Processing - Manage end-to-end invoice processing.
• Disbursements: Schedule, approve, and execute vendor payments and wire transfers.
• Vendor Relations: Resolve discrepancies and maintain vendor files.
• Treasury & Cash Management: Perform daily and weekly bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Forecasting: Project incoming and outgoing cash needs to optimize the company's wo capital.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable: Billing and reconciliation duties.
