Job summary

Cirrus Systems, a HaaS technology enabled electronics provider, seeks a Senior Accountant to lead month-end close, manage cash flow, and oversee banking/loan operations. You will work with the Controller and accounting team to improve processes and support audits and tax reporting.

The role emphasizes internal controls, intercompany journal entries, and inventory/accounting adjustments, with collaboration across senior leadership for treasury analysis and planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is highly preferred.
• Experience in general accounting operations and corporate treasury.
• Experience with banking relationships, cash management, payments, and forecasting is a plus.
• Understanding of U.S. GAAP and month-end close procedures.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite is preferred.
• CPA certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track daily cash and cash flow needs.
• Perform month-end close journal entries and reconciliations (Cash, Loans, Fixed assets, etc.).
• Manage accrued expenses and intercompany accounting per US GAAP; develop internal controls.
• Oversee RAMP operations and liaise with procurement for purchases and expense reimbursements.
• Assist with banking relationships and loan tracking; coordinate with lenders.
• Support audits and tax reporting; provide documentation for audits/tax firms.
• Support inventory accounting and annual inventory counts.
• Provide financial modeling, treasury analysis, and scenario planning for leadership.
• Contribute to ad-hoc accounting projects as needed.
