Job summary

Phaxis - Financial Services is seeking a senior accounting professional to oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, plus treasury management and closing activities. The role emphasizes accurate invoicing, payment processing, bank reconciliations, cash forecasting, and month-end/year-end close.

The candidate will coordinate with banks, monitor covenants, and ensure proper financial reporting in line with standards.

• Accounts Receivable: Billing - Oversee the generation and distribution of client invoices.
• Reconciliation: Apply incoming payments, reconcile the AR ledger.
• Accounts Payable: Processing - Manage end-to-end invoice processing.
• Disbursements: Schedule, approve, and execute vendor payments and wire transfers.
• Vendor Relations: Resolve discrepancies and maintain vendor files.
• Treasury & Cash Management: Perform daily and weekly bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Forecasting: Project incoming and outgoing cash needs to optimize the company's wo capital.
