Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end close with hands-on coaching to junior staff.
• Own journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger review with timely issue resolution.
• Manage fixed assets, intercompany, inventory, revenue, AR/AP, cash and foreign currency.
• Analyze balances and variances, prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Act as escalation point for complex questions and ERP system guidance.
• Improve close processes, document procedures, and strengthen internal controls.
• Support audits, system integrations, and special projects as needed.
• Collaborate with internal groups to support business goals and cross-train.
