Job summary

Splitero, Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant to partner with the VP of Finance and Accounting and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

You will own traditional accounting functions, work on transformative projects, and help implement AI-enabled tools to streamline reporting while upholding internal control standards. Responsibilities include monthly/quarterly/annual close, liaising with auditors, and developing accounting policies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in either public accounting or high-growth tech preferred.
• Demonstrated experience preparing and delivering timely and accurate reporting.
• Ability to share complex findings with non-technical audiences.
• Curiosity about AI and willingness to learn and apply it in work, with judgment to protect data.

Responsibilities

• Drive data- and financially grounded decision-making company-wide.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close and reporting processes.
• Liaise with external financial statement audit firm for audits.
• Develop global accounting policies, practices, procedures, and initiatives.
• Ensure proper control, recording, and classification of revenues and expenses.
• Own vendor management and drive organizational efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on ad-hoc analytics projects.
