Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Accounting Team, responsible for accurate general ledger management, timely reporting, and process improvements. This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and strong analytical skills to support budgets, forecasts, and audits.

The candidate will help streamline close processes, maintain internal controls, and coordinate with senior management to deliver insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Public accounting, consulting, or corporate accounting experience preferred.
Strong communication skills with peers and senior management.
Analytical thinker with attention to detail.
Independent, self-starter who works well in a team.
Proficiency in MS Excel with data analysis capabilities.
Understanding of internal controls and segregation of duties.

Responsibilities

General Ledger Management and accuracy of transactions per policy.
Budgeting and forecasting support with department heads.
Maintain and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets.
Support internal and external audits and prepare schedules.
Identify and implement process improvements; streamline month-end close with Co-pilot AI tools.
