Job summary

Onco360 is seeking a highly analytical Senior Accountant to manage 340B financial data, perform reconciliations, and ensure accurate reporting in an Excel-driven environment. The role emphasizes attention to detail, data integrity, and collaboration with the Accounting Manager and external partners.

Qualifications

• Required: Degree in accounting or commensurate experience.
• Required: 3+ years experience in accounting, month end close, data reconciliation.
• Desired: Experience with medical or pharmacy claim data; inventory reporting.
• Required: Advanced Excel skills, meticulous data handling, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Behavioral: Self-starter, initiative, strong internal customer focus, reliable, organized.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve claim level data from multiple third-party administrators, review for accuracy and reconcile to internal data within Excel reports.
• Calculate and record accounting entries from claim level data for dispense fee revenue, costs of goods sold, inventory receivables, accruals and payables for 340B.
• Consolidate large Excel data sets for analysis and reconciliation to the general ledger.
• Track and update inventory receivable details for all monthly claims and replenishments by NDC and entity; create aging by NDC and entity.
• Track and process invoices, verify claim level support and calculations, ensure offsetting inventory receivables are matched.
• Understand, track and resolve 340B variances between external reports and internal Excel files.
• Analyze and summarize monthly results and communicate to Accounting Manager.
• Prepare monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
• Communicate with internal and external partners to solve 340B issues.
• Assist in development of policies, internal controls, and process improvements; support audits.
