Job summary

Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy is seeking a highly analytical Senior Accountant to ensure accurate 340B transaction recording and reporting. You will analyze data, reconcile large data sets, and provide insights to improve 340B processes.

The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration with accounting and non-financial partners, and opportunities for professional growth. Remote work may be possible for the right candidate, with starting salary from $65,000 and up.

Qualifications

• Education/Learning Experience: Degree in accounting or commensurate experience.
• Work Experience: 3+ years in accounting, month end close, data reconciliation.
• Desired: Experience with medical or pharmacy claim data; inventory reporting.
• Skills/Knowledge: Advanced Excel, detailed, organized, analytical, problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and reconcile claim-level data from third-party administrators.
• Record accounting entries for 340B-related revenue, costs, receivables and accruals.
• Consolidate large Excel datasets for reporting and GL reconciliation.
• Track inventory receivables and aging; verify invoices and contractual obligations.
• Communicate 340B variances to stakeholders; support internal controls and audits.
