• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Master's/MBA welcomed.
• 2+ years in manufacturing or manufacturing-focused public accounting.
• ERP software familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Month-end close: journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement prep.
• Implement and create process improvements.
• Assist with the ERP upgrade to a cloud-based version.
• Collaborate with Operations on costing functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

• Month-End Close - Journal Entries & Reconciliations, and Financial Statement Preparation
• Implement & Create Process Improvements
• Assist with the ERP Upgrade to Cloud based version
• Work with Operations for any Costing functions

REQUIREMENTS OF THE SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

• Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
• Masters/MBA Welcomed
• 2+ Years within a Manufacturing industry or Public Accounting (Manufacturing Clients)
• ERP Software familiarity

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 Base
