Coinspaid Solutions is a fintech company building blockchain payment infrastructure. We are seeking an External Accounting Specialist to manage full-cycle accounting for multiple legal entities, coordinating with outsourced providers and contributing to AI-assisted crypto accounting initiatives.

The role requires hands-on accounting, independence, and the ability to ensure accurate, audit-ready records across a distributed international group.

Formación

Relevant education in accounting, finance or economics.
Experience with full-cycle accounting, month-end and year-end closing.
Ability to review trial balance, Balance Sheet, P&L and general ledger.
Strong experience with bank, balance-sheet, AP, AR and intercompany reconciliations.

Responsabilidades

Provide full-cycle accounting and reporting support for the assigned legal entities.
Act as the primary point of contact for external bookkeepers, accounting firms, auditors, banks, corporate service providers, and other relevant parties.
Ensure timely exchange of accounting data, bank statements, invoices, and corporate documents.
Coordinate month-end and year-end closing and ensure reports are complete and accurate.
Review monthly reporting packages, including trial balance, Balance Sheet, P&L, and general ledger.
Use company-approved AI tools to analyse journal-entry data and validate statements.
Perform bank, crypto, intercompany, AP, AR reconciliations during onboarding and learning.
Progress to reviewing reconciliations prepared by others, including crypto-wallet reconciliations.
Maintain consistency between internal and external accounting records.
Independently establish or restore full accounting framework when needed.
Ensure accounting records are complete and audit-ready.
Coordinate and support statutory and group audits.
Communicate clearly with external bookkeepers and auditors.
Design, develop, and document AI-assisted accounting processes.
Develop scripts, accounting rules and data-processing logic.
Support automation of accounting processes.
Document completed solutions for Group’s crypto entities.
Maintain organized accounting documentation and audit trails.
Act as a backup for the manager when required.
Perform other accounting tasks as assigned.

We are looking for an External Accounting Specialist to provide full‑cycle accounting and reporting support for an assigned portfolio of initially 3–4 legal entities with the potential to expand over time within an international group of 10–12 entities.

The specialist will coordinate outsourced accounting providers, maintain and review internal accounting records, oversee monthly and annual closing, review reconciliations, support audits and participate in the development of AI‑assisted accounting and crypto‑accounting processes.

The role requires a hands‑on accountant who can work independently, identify and resolve accounting issues, and establish or restore accounting records when an external provider does not maintain complete or reliable books.

Key responsibilities:

Provide full‑cycle accounting and reporting support for the assigned legal entities.
Act as the primary point of contact for external bookkeepers, accounting firms, auditors, banks, corporate service providers, and other relevant parties.
Ensure the timely exchange of accounting data, bank statements, invoices, agreements, corporate documents, and other supporting information.
Coordinate month‑end and year‑end closing and ensure that external accounting providers submit complete and accurate reports within the agreed deadlines.
Review monthly reporting packages, including the trial balance, Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, general ledger, and supporting schedules.
Use company‑approved AI tools to analyse journal‑entry data, identify unusual transactions and inconsistencies, and validate the Balance Sheet and P&L.
Perform bank, crypto, HLB, intercompany, AP, AR, and other balance‑sheet reconciliations during the onboarding and process‑learning stage.
Progress to reviewing and approving reconciliations prepared by other team members, including crypto‑wallet and related account reconciliations.
Maintain consistency between the company’s internal accounting records and the books maintained by external accounting providers.
Where an outsourced accounting provider does not maintain complete or reliable accounting records, independently establish or restore the full accounting framework for the legal entity, including the chart of accounts, opening balances, accounting procedures, supporting documentation, reconciliations, internal controls, and reporting processes.
Ensure that accounting records are complete, accurate, properly documented, and audit‑ready.
Coordinate and support statutory and group audits for the assigned entities, including preparation of schedules, supporting documents, reconciliations, and responses to auditor requests.
Communicate clearly with external bookkeepers and auditors, challenge incomplete or incorrect information, and ensure timely resolution of outstanding matters.
Design, develop, test, and document AI‑assisted accounting and crypto‑accounting processes within the company’s approved cloud environment.
Develop scripts, accounting rules, data‑processing logic, and automated reconciliation and control tools.
Support the automation of accounting processes, including data imports, transaction classification, reconciliations, reporting, and financial controls.
Document completed solutions and support their implementation across the Group’s crypto entities.
Perform all development work using company‑provided equipment and approved systems. All related code, workflows, documentation, accounting logic, and other work products shall remain the property of the company.
Maintain well‑organised accounting documentation and clear audit trails in accordance with internal policies.
Act as a backup for the manager during periods of absence when required.
Perform other accounting and finance tasks assigned by the manager or allocated to the department.

Requirements:

Relevant education in accounting, finance, economics or a related field.
Experience with full‑cycle accounting, month‑end and year‑end closing.
Ability to review the trial balance, Balance Sheet, P&L, general ledger, and journal entries.
Strong experience with bank, balance‑sheet, AP, AR and intercompany reconciliations.
Ability to establish accounting processes from the ground up and restore incomplete accounting records.
Experience coordinating outsourced accounting providers and external auditors.
Good understanding of accounting documentation, internal controls, and audit requirements.
Strong Excel skills and practical experience with accounting systems.
Ability to work independently, manage several legal entities, prioritise tasks, and meet reporting deadlines.
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, ownership, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to communicate professionally with international accounting providers, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
English sufficient for daily professional communication and review of accounting documentation.
Willingness to learn crypto accounting and use AI‑assisted accounting and automation tools.

Nice to have

Previous experience in crypto, fintech, digital assets, payments, or blockchain‑related companies.
Experience reconciling crypto wallets, exchanges, payment providers, and accounting ledgers.
Experience with QuickBooks, 1C or similar accounting systems.
Experience using AI tools for accounting analysis, transaction classification, reconciliations, or financial reporting.
Experience working with multiple legal entities and jurisdictions.
