Job summary

Coinspaid Solutions is a fintech company building blockchain payment infrastructure with a remote-first culture and 350+ professionals working across multiple countries. We are looking for a Head of Accounting to lead accounting operations, drive automation, and ensure timely financial reporting in IFRS and local standards.

You will oversee multi-entity accounting, collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, and Operations, and manage a growing team to improve processes and controls.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
7+ years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting principles.
Experience with international companies and multiple legal entities.
Solid understanding of tax regulations and audit procedures.
Experience with ERP systems and accounting process automation.
English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

Responsibilities

Oversee accounting operations across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions.
Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
Prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local accounting standards.
Oversee tax accounting and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Manage account reconciliations, bank balances, and settlements with counterparties.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.
Develop and implement accounting policies, internal controls, and procedures.
Drive optimization and automation of accounting processes.
Lead the accounting team, delegate responsibilities, and monitor performance.
Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams.

We are looking for a Head of Accounting to lead the company’s accounting function, ensure accurate financial records, timely financial reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
