Coinspaid Solutions is a fintech company providing blockchain payment infrastructure, with 350+ remote employees. We seek a Data and Reporting Analyst to build Tableau dashboards, handle large datasets, and deliver clear reports for multiple teams.

The role sits in the Business & Financial analysis department, focusing on data-driven decision making, data quality, and cross-team collaboration in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–4 years of experience as Data Analyst or similar.
• Strong Tableau experience: dashboards from scratch, LOD, filters/parameters.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets: pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas.
• Experience with large datasets and validating data quality; understanding revenue, costs, margins, growth.
• Proactive attitude and ability to suggest improvements independently.

• Identify the right data sources and storage for reporting needs.
• Extract, clean and analyze large datasets from databases, internal systems and spreadsheets.
• Cross-check and reconcile data across sources to ensure high accuracy in reports.
• Build, maintain and improve Tableau dashboards for different teams and management.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports with clear visualizations and conclusions.
• Monitor and analyze company performance metrics.

We’re looking for a Data and Reporting Analyst to help the business make decisions based on accurate, well‑presented data. The role sits within the Business & Financial analysis department and works with different departments and teams across the company. The ideal person already has hands‑on experience in a similar position, is confident working with large datasets, and builds Tableau dashboards independently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, BI Analyst or similar.
• Strong hands‑on Tableau experience: building dashboards from scratch, calculated fields, LOD expressions, filters and parameters, connecting data sources.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas).
• Experience working with large datasets and validating data quality.Understanding of core business and financial metrics such as revenue, costs, margins and growth.
• Proactive attitude and ability to suggest improvements independently.
