Coinspaid Solutions seeks a Senior Operations/Product Operations lead to own production configuration, deployments, and governance of assets and flows in a remote, regulated fintech environment.

You will coordinate rollouts, tailor configurations for multiple jurisdictions, and ensure compliant, traceable changes across the platform. This role emphasizes ownership, clear documentation, and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own production configuration: features, assets, flows, limits, and parameters.
• Coordinate deployments and releases; ensure readiness before go-live.
• Configure product for clients and jurisdictions; verify live vs agreed terms.
• Implement and audit fee configurations with a clear change history.
• Manage asset/transaction configuration and enable/disable flows as needed.
• Apply regulatory constraints with Compliance to govern product behavior.
• Monitor health: transaction performance, config correctness, and availability.
• Maintain governance: keep an up-to-date, traceable view of active configurations.

What You'll Do

• Own product configuration in production - active features, available assets and flows, operational parameters and limits - and keep it consistent, visible, and traceable at all times.

• Coordinate deployments and releases - decide where and when capabilities are activated, confirm operational readiness before go-live, and bridge the gap between product delivery and real usage.

• Configure the product for clients and markets - feature availability, limits, thresholds, and parameters, ensuring what's live matches what was agreed with each client and jurisdiction.

• Apply fee logic correctly - implement fee configurations, validate calculations, and maintain a clear history of every change.

• Manage asset and transaction configuration - control the operational parameters affecting transactions, and enable or disable flows based on operational or market conditions.

• Implement regulatory and market constraints - apply jurisdictional and compliance-driven restrictions to product behavior, working closely with Compliance on anything with regulatory weight.

• Monitor operational health - track transaction performance, configuration correctness, and asset/feature availability; detect anomalies early and elevate to the right team with a clear read on business impact.

• Keep configuration governance intact - maintain a structured, up-to-date view of what's active, and make sure every change is intentional and traceable back to its source.

What We're Looking For

• Senior-level experience (5+ years) in operations, product operations, or a comparable operational role - you've owned a production environment before, not just supported one.

• Hands-on crypto or blockchain industry experience is required - you understand how crypto assets, wallets, transactions, and custody flows work in practice, not just in theory.

• Experience working with production configuration in a regulated environments - you're comfortable with the discipline that comes with compliance and audit requirements.

• A track record of building processes where none existed - you don't wait for a playbook, you write the first one.

• Strong ownership instincts: able to prioritize your own operational backlog without close supervision.

• Clear, structured written communication - documentation and traceability are core to this role, not an afterthought.

• Based in the EU, available to work fully remote.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with configuration/feature-flag tooling, and BI or dashboarding tools.

• Exposure to AML/compliance-adjacent workflows.

• Experience in payments/banking business.

• Experience in technical pre-sales or technical product consultancy B2B software business.
