Coinspaid Dev, the engineering brand behind Coinspaid's infrastructure, seeks a Golang-focused backend engineer to build scalable systems across distributed networks. You will work with a strong team on fintech algorithms, contribute to code quality, and ensure secure, observable production services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Golang as primary language and 5+ years overall development experience.
• Experience with Kafka/NSQ/NATS/Rabbit or similar queues.
• Comfortable with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD workflows (ArgoCD, GitLab).
• Experience with MySQL or similar relational DBs.
• Strong practices: unit testing, code reviews, design docs and Scrum.

Responsabilités

• Write robust, scalable Golang code based on requirements.
• Cover code with unit tests and work with QA for quality.
• Perform code reviews and help teammates solve problems.
• Troubleshoot issues and participate in requirement discussions.
• Ensure product stability via monitoring, alerts, and metrics.
• Develop apps for isolated infra with security standards.
• Focus on backend, solve complex fintech algorithms.
• Communicate directions and promote knowledge sharing.

With more than 120 engineers and over 11 years of industry experience, Coinspaid Dev brings together software engineering, infrastructure, security and R&D teams with experience building distributed systems and blockchain infrastructure operating across more than 20 blockchain networks.

Coinspaid Dev emerges as an independent engineering brand with a straightforward mission: to advance blockchain infrastructure engineering and contribute practical expertise back to the industry. The structure is new. The experience behind it is not.

Responsibilities:

• Write robust, scalable, and reusable Golang code according to requirements

• Cover code with unit tests. Work together with QA engineers to ensure high, consistent code quality

• Perform code reviews, help teammates with solving technical problems

• Troubleshoot issues where needed

• Participate in requirements and implementation discussions

• Ensure stable operation of the product through monitoring, alerts and metrics

• Develop applications to work in an isolated infrastructure, complying with security standards

• Work only with the backend, solve complex algorithmic problems related to fintech

• Communicate clearly with the team about technical directions and product goals

• Promote knowledge sharing across the team

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with Golang as a primary working language and 5+ of overall development experience

• Experience with queues Kafka/NSQ/NATS/Rabbit

• Comfortable working with Docker, Kubernetes, good understanding of CI/CD (we use ArgoCD and Gitlab)

• Experience with MySQL or similar DBs

• Experience with software engineering best practices (e.g. unit testing, code reviews, design documentation)

• Experience with Scrum

• Understanding of software observability tools - Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Opsgenie

• Experience in training and onboarding engineers (will be as plus)

• Skilled in assessing technical skills and knowledge via code reviews, peer evaluations

Nice to have:

• Experience in training and onboarding engineers

• Experience mentoring junior and mid-level developers, offering coaching, feedback, and support for their career growth.

• Understanding crypto industry
