Job summary

CFS is seeking a Senior Accountant to join a collaborative finance team in Goshen, IN. This hands-on role focuses on solving problems, improving processes, and delivering visibility into financial performance.

Responsibilities include leading month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, and audit support. Hybrid flexibility is available after onboarding, with opportunities for growth and direct exposure to senior finance leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• CPA preferred but not required.
• 3+ years public accounting experience or 5+ years corporate accounting experience.
• Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
