Job summary

3 Bridge Networks LLC is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its finance team in San Francisco. The role will own key parts of the month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and ongoing improvement of accounting processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, 3+ years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting and/or tech company preferred), strong U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or progress toward CPA preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally including public accounting and/or experience with a high-growth or technology company.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and core accounting principles.
• Experience with month-end close, journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP or accounting systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Own key aspects of the monthly close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and variance analysis
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules
• Assist with the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reporting
• Support accounts payable, expense reporting, payroll, revenue, and other accounting processes as needed
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate accounting treatment and timely financial information
• Assist with annual audit, tax, and compliance-related requests
• Help develop and improve accounting policies, internal controls, processes, and documentation
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve the use of systems and technology
• Support special projects as the company continues to scale
