Job summary

Rose International seeks an experienced Senior Accountant to support general accounting operations within a dynamic team in the United States. The role requires a bachelor's in Accounting or Finance and at least four years of related experience, with solid accounting concepts and a detail-oriented mindset.

You will manage month-end close, intercompany processes, and prepare balance sheet and income statement analyses while supporting SOX controls and quarterly/annual reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct month-end and quarter-end close and own journal entries preparation.
• Manage full cycle intercompany processes and reporting with divisions.
• Contribute to quarterly and annual reporting to Corporate.
• Perform flux analysis on Balance Sheet and P&L accounts.
• Participate in SOX testing, audits and tax package preparation.
• Provide backup coverage in other accounting areas.
• Lead and facilitate workflows; communicate deliverables and status.

Required Education

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent

Required Experience

Required Technical Skills

• Strong PC skills including advanced Excel, ability to write complex formulas, and the ability to quickly pick up new systems

• Experience with Oracle Financials and Oracle Fusion or similar systems
• Prior experience in Oracle or other ERP like SAP
