Job summary

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a large manufacturing organization in the Salem, NH area to add a Senior Staff Accountant to their team.

The role involves general ledger accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, account analysis, process improvements, and support for quarterly reviews and annual audits. A strong manufacturing/distribution background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 3+ years of corporate accounting experience in a complex environment.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems.
• Strong Excel, analytical and research skills.
• Prefer experience with manufacturing or distribution industries.

Responsibilities

• General ledger accounting supporting the corporate office and subsidiaries.

The Senior Staff Accountant will be responsible for the following:

• Assist with quarterly reviews and annual audit
• Support Financial Planning and Analysis with quarterly reporting requirements
• Manage expense reporting, support operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Accounting of Finance
• 3 or more years relevant corporate accounting experience in a complex company
• Working knowledge and understanding of ERP systems
• Strong Excel, analytical and research skills
• Prefer experience with manufacturing, distribution related industries

Compensation

:$90-110 plus bonus and benefits
